• Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard USPS shipping within the USA on orders over $69 (before tax and after any discounts).
• Standard Shipping for Orders Under $69: For orders under $69,
standard USPS shipping is available for a flat rate of $7.
• Shipping Days: Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

At Morea Essence, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products crafted in small batches from premium Moroccan ingredients. Due to the personal nature of our face, scalp, and hair oils, as well as our dedication to quality control, we do not offer refunds once an order has shipped.
Change of Mind Before Shipment: If you decide to cancel your order before receiving your tracking number, we are happy to offer a full refund. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@MoreaEssence.com with your order number, and we will handle the cancellation promptly if it has not been shipped yet.
No Refunds After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to process refunds or returns due to the personal use nature of our products and their small-batch production.
